  • Harvest: Manual in crates at full ripeness at the end of September 2022. Selection of the best bunches on the plant. Limited edition.
  • Vinification: Destemming and maceration for 7 days on the skins. Natural malolactic fermentation with the first warm spring temperatures. Bottling in July 2023.
  • Aging: Steel + Bottle
  • Color: Intense ruby ​​red with purple reflections, dense and impenetrable in mass, characteristic of the grape variety.
  • Aroma: Intense and defined, all while maintaining roundness. Black cherry. Fruit and acidity.
  • Taste: Relaxed entry into the mouth, regulated and enveloping tannins. Confirms the aromas, shows an acidic side at the end of the sip, concluding with a persistent legacy of blackberry.
  • Pairings: Starters based on coarse-grained cured meats. Stewed red meats, generally medium-long cooking.
