- Vineyard practices: Conscientious integrated pest management.
- Harvest: Manual in crates at full ripeness in early October 2022.
- Vinification: Destemming and maceration for 15 days on the skins. Natural malolactic fermentation in wood with the first warm spring weather.
- Aging: Small exhausted barrels for 12/15 months, Barrique and Tonneaux.
- Color: Light ruby red with light garnet reflections, clear and elegant in the glass.
- Aroma: Very intense and complex profile, slightly smoky notes with floral distinctions.
- Taste: Soft entry into the mouth, silky tannin, well regulated. Goliath candy, excellent persistence and high structure.
- Pairings: red meat roasts, stews.
- Alcohol: 13.5% vol. Residual sugars <1g/lt
