  • Vineyard practices: Conscientious integrated pest management.
  • Harvest: Manual in crates at full ripeness in early October 2022.
  • Vinification: Destemming and maceration for 8 days on the skins. Natural malolactic fermentation with the first warm spring temperatures. Bottling in July 2023.
  • Aging: Steel.
  • Color: Light ruby ​​red with slight garnet reflections, clear and elegant in the glass.
  • Aroma: Very intense and complex profile, slightly smoky notes with floral distinctions.
  • Taste: Decisive and consistent entry into the mouth, harmonious tannins. It expresses the typical characteristics of Nebbiolo with a different finish given by the presence of Uva Rara which makes it more immediate. Healthy acidity and vivacity given by the type of vines, soils and winemaking technique.
  • Pairings: Grilled red meats, mature cheeses, first courses based on mushrooms and smoked cured meats.
